KAMR Plaque - Feb 2015

A memorial gift is a thoughtful way of expressing your condolences, providing emotional support for members of the bereaved family and investing in the future of youth and barbershop harmony. Sing Canada Harmony works sensitively and caringly with families to establish lasting memorials for loved ones.

When Sing Canada Harmony is notified by a family member, friend or chapter officer of the passing of a loved one, a sensitive and caring approach is initiated to establish a memorial to honour that loved one. The name of the loved one is then posted to the In Memoriam section of both the Sing Canada Harmony website and the Electronic Newsletter. If cumulative donations to honour the memory of a loved one reach $1000 or more, a permanent memorial plate is engraved on the Keep A Melody Ringing plaque at Barbershop Harmony Society Headquarters in Nashville, TN and on the Sing Canada Harmony website. It is also possible to have a Sing Canada Harmony Scholarship named to honour the loved one.

Barbershoppers, their families, friends and fans have memorialized in Barbershop Harmony Society Headquarters, on the KEEP A MELODY RINGING plaque these Canadians who loved Barbershop Harmony.
